Ms. Stefanie McNansky currently serves as the Head of Category Leadership for The Kraft Heinz Company and brings 15 years of vast experience in strategy, sales, business transformations, multibillion dollar turnarounds and creates cultures of customer and consumer centricity in the food industry. 

As the Head of Category Leadership at Kraft Heinz, Stefanie is leading a transformation spanning across onshore and offshore operations that is digitally enabled. This allows for her 100+ person team to drive incremental category and Kraft Heinz branded sales growth through rich shopper insights and planogram optimization. 

Previously, Stefanie led the Walmart and UNFI businesses that turned declining sales into profitable growth while building deep trusted customer relationships. This helped to co-develop meaningful innovation and improve brand placement to increase total share of market sales on key brands. Additionally, Stefanie also led Kraft Heinz’s first 10-year strategy designed to drive industry leading total shareholder return by creating focus on Food & Beverages most complex CPG portfolio. She also led the Investment Thesis for the Functional Food and Beverage space.  Earlier in Stefanie’s career, she led a North America assortment management project, reducing significant operational complexity while growing sales, led Retail Execution for the Kraft and Heinz merger finding significant synergies for cost savings.

Stefanie has worked with over 20 major customers and is known for her superior leadership and her ability to turnaround any business sustainably.  She formerly sat on e-volving Brands Board and has served as a volunteer on other Boards including the American Heart Association and National Association Women MBAs.
